Job Summary

The Embedded Device Tester plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of software code for embedded devices. This position involves executing testing processes according to established quality standards, thereby directly contributing to the success of the organization's projects and meeting client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute Functionality Tests On Embedded Systems Based On The Test Plan And Specific Test Cases, Ensuring Adherence To Quality Standards.
2. Update Test Case Execution Status In The Test Management System And Log Defects Using Defect Tracking Tools To Facilitate Effective Issue Resolution.
3. Coordinate With Team Members For Discussions And Feedback And Interact With Clients To Provide Updates On Testing Progress And Results.
4. Assist In Creating Test Cases By Analyzing Functional Specifications And Software Requirement Specifications, Ensuring Comprehensive Coverage Of Test Scenarios.

Skill Requirements

1. Basic Understanding Of Embedded Device Testing Methodologies And Practices
2. Fundamental Knowledge Of Python Programming For Test Automation
3. Familiarity With Defect Tracking And Test Management Tools
4. Good Communication Skills For Interaction With Team Members And Clients

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable: Istqb Foundation Level Certification Or Equivalent Testing Certification
