Job Summary

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and provide people-focused support and guidance.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies.
  • Drive employee engagement, wellness, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Support performance management processes, goal setting, feedback discussions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal governance standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in HRMS systems.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and people metrics such as headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and engagement trends.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs and support capability-building initiatives.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition for hiring coordination and seamless onboarding of new employees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Admin, Finance, IT, Security, and Facilities for employee support and workplace initiatives.
