Job Summary

To be responsible for guiding, mentoring and supervising a group of Account Managers while personally managing selected key customers.Teal Lead - Manages portfolio with a typical size of 30-50M$ with >=2 AM/RAM reporting

Key Responsibilities

1.Lead, mentor and develop a team of Account Managers and Offshore Account managers
2.Provide direction on account strategies, client engagement and opportunity identification
3.Support Account Managers in high-stake negotiations, proposals and escalations
4.Review and approve account plans, proposals and financial forecasts for accounts
5.Maintain executive level relationships with select key clients, participate in strategic client governance meetings
6.Owns overall revenue and profitability for the assigned portfolio of accounts
7.Collaborates with Delivery Heads/Practice Heads to ensure account growth strategies are aligned with organizational goals

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
