\\\r\\\\nJob Description: Command Centre – Azure Managed Public Cloud\\\\r\\\\nJob Title: Command Centre Analyst – Azure Managed Public Cloud\\\\r\\\\nLocation: Bengaluru / Noida\\\\r\\\\nExperience: 5–10 years in IT, with 5+ years in Azure Cloud Operations\\\\r\\\\nKey Responsibilities:\\\\r\\\\n• Monitor Azure infrastructure and applications in real-time.\\\\r\\\\n• Manage incidents, Service request and ensure no SLA breach.\\\\r\\\\n• Maintain proper trackers.\\\\r\\\\n• Work with all cloud teams (Cloud Operation, Security Operations, Database Operations etc.) to get the Incident closed within the SLA as per priority.\\\\r\\\\n• Strong Service Now and monitoring tool knowledge.\\\\r\\\\n• Understanding of Azure Cloud and different functions.\\\\r\\\\n• Strong knowledge of Major Incident Management and Security Incident Management.\\\\r\\\\n• Strong knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, ITIL processes\\\\r\\\\nNOTE: This is a critical 24x7 role and the candidate is expected to work from office.

Key Responsibilities

1. To develop the codes for the project as per work assignation.
2. To maintain the existing project and resolving the issues occurring in the existing project.
3. To work upon the new requests raised by the client and develop those features.
4. Documentation work.
