Job Summary

LevelResponsibilitiesFocusL2 EngineerDay-to-day NAC operations, troubleshooting, policy enforcement, system monitoring, Vulnerability Mitigation, and compliance. Documentation,Operational executionKey Responsibilities:Policy enforcement: Configure, deploy, and manage Forescout NAC for compliance and access control.System health monitoring: Perform NAC performance monitoring, proactive alarms, and event management.Troubleshooting: Diagnose posture failures, server issues, and enforcement problems; provide RCA documentation.Configuration deployments: Support upgrades, migrations, and new policy rollouts.Integration: Configure switches, WLCs, and VMs using SNMP, SSH, and APIs.Certificate management: Handle 802.1X integrations and guest access portals.Automation support: Assist in developing and maintaining automated NAC monitoring/enforcement.Documentation: Create SOPs, runbooks, and technical diagrams
