Job Summary
Experience: - 2+ Years of Relevant Industry Experience Required Skills: knowledge on SAM tool Flexera- FNMS and FNMEA, IBM ILMT Good knowledge of various inventory/ discovery solutions, like ADDM, IBM Bigfix, Flexera Agent, etc. Knowledge of Software Asset Management, CMDB, Service Request Management process. Good Presentation skills Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, Power Point. Key Responsibilities
- Day to Day SAM operation work
- Responsible for end-to-end operational and technical management/Troubleshooting of Software Asset Management (SAM) tools and environments. This includes system administration, patching, reporting, compliance tracking, and ensuring high availability of SAM platforms such as ILMT, FlexNet Manager-Beacons, FNMEA and related tools.
- Coordinating with Ericsson Stakeholders, End Users for Troubleshooting and Different HCL Internal Teams
- Perform Application updates as and when patches released by Vendor (IBM ILMT), and assist in Application upgrades being performed by Application Vendor (Flexera)
- Escalation handling.
