Job Summary

Integration Command Center

Key Responsibilities

 Play a crucial role in monitoring and handling incidents (INCs), service requests, changes, and alert suppressions. Our responsibilities include incident and service request management, where we prioritize INCs and alerts across various towers such as Wintel, Unix, Data Center, Cloud, and Managed Network. We also engage in real-time job monitoring using Control-M, addressing job failures, long-running jobs, and providing alert resolutions. Additionally, we conduct filesystem and server health checks, including disk utilization alerts and monitoring of Wintel, Unix, and Cloud servers. Also responsible for Filesyatem extensions. Coordination with application teams is essential for reruns, escalations, and job status updates related to Control-M. It\'s also important to have knowledge of network components like routers, switches, and link status (up/down). Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow and Moogsoft is crucial for our day-to-day operations. Providing detailed job status updates, adhering to escalation matrices, and following SOPs are key elements of our role. Please note that you are expected to support 24/7 shifts. Good communication skills to handle bridge calls and email etiquette are highly valued in our team to ensure smooth collaboration and efficient service delivery.
