Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of applications and services on Microsoft Azure and Red Hat OpenShift platforms. The individual will contribute to project deliverables by writing code, troubleshooting platform-related issues, and assisting with basic deployment and configuration activities within the assigned team. They will ensure tasks are performed in alignment with quality and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop application components using Microsoft Azure services and Red Hat OpenShift, following established coding guidelines and project requirements.
2. Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve issues in existing Azure and OpenShift deployments under guidance from senior team members.
3. Support the implementation of new features by applying foundational knowledge of Azure and OpenShift technologies as per client requests.
4. Assist in deploying and monitoring applications on Red Hat OpenShift using standard tools and procedures.
5. Contribute to maintaining technical documentation for code, deployment processes, and configuration within Azure and OpenShift environments.
6. Participate in team code reviews and discussions to improve technical understanding and ensure code quality.

Skill Requirements

1. Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure services including resource provisioning and application deployment.
2. Fundamental knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift for container orchestration and management.
3. Familiarity with Red Hat Enterprise Linux commands and environments.
4. Basic exposure to Kubernetes concepts related to containerized workloads.
5. Good documentation skills for technical processes and code.
6. Ability to follow coding standards and work collaboratively within a team.

Other Requirements

1. Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (optional but valuable).
