Job Summary

 PMO Key Responsibilities 1. Project Coordination & Governance Support project managers in day-to-day project execution and tracking Monitor project progress against scope, schedule, and deliverables Ensure adherence to PMO standards, processes, and compliance requirements Coordinate with cross-functional teams for updates and issue resolution [Priyanka_PMO | PDF], [PMO-Positi...24-2413607 | PDF] 2. Planning & Reporting Prepare and maintain project plans, trackers, and status reports (daily/weekly/monthly) Develop dashboards and MIS reports for leadership visibility Track key metrics such as milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies [Priyanka_PMO | PDF] 3. Financial Management Support project financial activities such as: Revenue tracking and forecasting Invoice validation and reconciliation Budget tracking vs actuals Identify discrepancies in financial data and highlight to stakeholders [Priyanka_PMO | PDF] 4. Resource & Demand Management Track resource allocation and utilization across projects Support demand management processes (e.g., PRFs, staffing requests) Assist in vendor coordination and engagement tracking [Priyanka_PMO | PDF] 5. Risk, Issue & Change Management Track risks, issues, and change requests in project lifecycle Support mitigation planning and closure tracking Maintain risk/issue registers for governance reviews 7. Documentation & Compliance Prepare and maintain project documentation: Project charters, financial docs, status reports Ensure compliance with organizational and client-specific processes Key Deliverables Project status reports and dashboards Financial tracking and reconciliation reports Resource utilization reports Risk & issue logs PMO governance compliance artifacts
