This role works closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics, while ensuring that project documentation and reporting remain accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate combines analytical ability, strong communication skills, and attention to detail to help drive effective project execution and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking against defined milestones and deliverables.• Maintain project plans, status reports, RAID logs, action trackers, and other project governance documents.• Collect, analyze, and present project performance data, including schedule, scope, budget, and resource utilization.• Prepare regular dashboards, reports, and presentations for project managers and leadership stakeholders.• Support risk, issue, dependency, and change management processes to ensure timely escalation and resolution.• Coordinate meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on action items with project teams and stakeholders.• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and governance requirements.• Work with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of best practices.• Assist in financial tracking, forecasting, and budget monitoring where applicable.• Support project audits, reviews, lessons learned sessions, and closure activities.Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, project analysis, or a similar role.• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and lifecycle stages.• Experience with project tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Planner, Jira, or similar platforms.• Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications• Certification or training in project management such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum fundamentals.• Experience working in a PMO or within large-scale cross-functional projects.• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI.• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning processes.• Experience in process improvement, governance, or operational reporting environments.
