Job Summary

PAM L1 nWork experience: 1- 3 years of experience\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nJob Responsibility:\\\\r\\\\n• Support for BeyondTrust or other PAM tools for large-scale customers across various industries.\\\\r\\\\n 

Key Responsibilities

Manage the platform for BeyondTrust Password Safe.\\\\r\\\\n• Prepare reports and update knowledge base articles.\\\\r\\\\n• Work on incidents and service requests related to BeyondTrust Password Safe.\\\\r\\\\n• Assist end-users with password management issues, resetting passwords, managing accounts and access policies.\\\\r\\\\n• Understand and work on BeyondTrust Password Safe vault configurations, session management, and auditing features.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\

Skill Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:\\\\r\\\\n• 1-3 years of experience in supporting or implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.\\\\r\\\\n• Knowledge of password vaulting and privileged access management.\\\\r\\\\n• Basic understanding of integration with Active Directory and other authentication systems.\\\\r\\\\n•

Other Requirements

Troubleshooting and debugging skills.\\\\r\\\\n• Strong communication skills and ability to work with global teams.\\\\r\\\\n• Experience with documentation and reporting
