Key Responsibilities
Authenticate identity of users requesting access changes. Provision access rights using established UAM protocols. Reset passwords for SAP and enterprise systems. Troubleshoot errors related to SAP login and navigation. Document tickets accurately within the IT service desk. Escalate complex issues to 2nd-level technical teams. Audit accounts periodically to remove inactive user profiles.
Skill Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in an IT service desk or technical support role. UAM Knowledge: Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts. SAP Familiarity: Basic understanding of SAP GUI, T-codes, and user structures. Ticketing Systems: Hands-on experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy. Communication Skills: Clear spoken and written English for troubleshooting with non-technical users. Security Awareness: Strong understanding of data privacy laws and password security principles

The IT Support Specialist provides front-line technical assistance for SAP modules and User Access Management (UAM) systems. You will serve as the initial point of contact for employees facing access issues, password lockouts, and basic SAP navigational errors. Your primary goal is to resolve tickets efficiently while maintaining strict security compliance
