Job Summary

The Engineer in Support & Operations plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of global account management systems. This position focuses on developing, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions that meet client needs while adhering to quality and cost standards. The Engineer will work collaboratively to resolve issues and implement new features in existing projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop Software Solutions For Global Account Management Using Windows Pc Tools, Ensuring Adherence To Project Specifications And Quality Standards.
2. Maintain And Troubleshoot Existing Software Applications, Applying Problem-Solving Skills To Resolve Issues Promptly And Efficiently.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Develop New Features That Enhance The Functionality Of Systems, Utilizing Strong Communication And Technical Skills.
4. Document Software Development Processes, Including Code Documentation And User Guides, To Ensure Clarity And Maintainability Of The Projects.

Skill Requirements

1. Basic Understanding Of Global Account Management Principles And Windows Pc Operations.
2. Familiarity With Coding Practices And Software Development Methodologies.
3. Good Communication Skills For Client Interaction And Documentation.
