The role involves user lifecycle management, access provisioning, group policy administration, troubleshooting directory-related issues, and ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nKey Responsibilities\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nActive Directory Administration\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nCreate, modify, disable, and delete user accounts in Active Directory.\\\\r\\\\nManage security groups, distribution groups, and organizational units (OUs).\\\\r\\\\nSupport user onboarding, role changes, and offboarding activities.\\\\r\\\\nPerform periodic account reviews and access recertification activities.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nIdentity & Access Management\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nProvision and de-provision user access as per approved requests.\\\\r\\\\nEnsure compliance with security policies and access governance requirements.\\\\r\\\\nSupport password resets, account unlocks, and authentication-related issues.\\\\r\\\\nManage privileged access requests in accordance with organizational standards.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nOperational Support\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nMonitor and resolve Active Directory incidents and service requests within SLA.\\\\r\\\\nTroubleshoot account synchronization and authentication issues.\\\\r\\\\nSupport Group Policy administration and related troubleshooting.\\\\r\\\\nCoordinate with messaging, infrastructure, and security teams for issue resolution.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nSecurity & Compliance\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nEnsure adherence to IAM, security, and audit requirements.\\\\r\\\\nSupport audit evidence collection and compliance reporting.\\\\r\\\\nIdentify unauthorized access or policy violations and escalate appropriately.\\\\r\\\\nParticipate in periodic security reviews and remediation activities.\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nDocumentation & Reporting\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nMaintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.\\\\r\\\\nPrepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.\\\\r\\\\nKeep process documentation up to date.\\\\r\\\\nRequired Skills\\\\r\\\\nGood understanding of Microsoft Active Directory.\\\\r\\\\nKnowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO).\\\\r\\\\nUnderstanding of Azure AD / Entra ID fundamentals.\\\\r\\\\nBasic knowledge of Windows Server administration.\\\\r\\\\nFamiliarity with IAM concepts (Joiner-Mover-Leaver process).\\\\r\\\\nExperience with ServiceNow or ticketing systems.\\\\r\\\\nBasic PowerShell knowledge preferred.\\\\r\\\\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\\\\r\\\\nQualification & Experience\\\\r\\\\nBachelor\\\\\\\'s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.\\\\r\\\\n0-3 years of experience in Active Directory / IAM support.\\\\r\\\\nMicrosoft Identity or Windows Administration certifications are desirable.\\\\r\\\\nSuccess Metrics\\\\r\\\\nSLA compliance for incidents and service requests.\\\\r\\\\nUser provisioning accuracy and turnaround time.\\\\r\\\\nAudit and compliance adherence.\\\\r\\\\nReduction in repeat incidents and access-related issues.\\\\r\\\\nCustomer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Active Directory Administration Create, modify, disable, and delete user accounts in Active Directory. Manage security groups, distribution groups, and organizational units (OUs). Support user onboarding, role changes, and offboarding activities. Perform periodic account reviews and access recertification activities. Identity & Access Management Provision and de-provision user access as per approved requests. Ensure compliance with security policies and access governance requirements. Support password resets, account unlocks, and authentication-related issues. Manage privileged access requests in accordance with organizational standards. Operational Support Monitor and resolve Active Directory incidents and service requests within SLA. Troubleshoot account synchronization and authentication issues. Support Group Policy administration and related troubleshooting. Coordinate with messaging, infrastructure, and security teams for issue resolution. Security & Compliance Ensure adherence to IAM, security, and audit requirements. Support audit evidence collection and compliance reporting. Identify unauthorized access or policy violations and escalate appropriately. Participate in periodic security reviews and remediation activities. Documentation & Reporting Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports. Keep process documentation up to date.
Skill Requirements
Required Skills Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory. Knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPO). Understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID fundamentals. Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration. Familiarity with IAM concepts (Joiner-Mover-Leaver process). Experience with ServiceNow or ticketing systems. Basic PowerShell knowledge preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Qualification & Experience Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 0-3 years of experience in Active Directory / IAM support. Microsoft Identity or Windows Administration certifications are desirable. Success Metrics SLA compliance for incidents and service requests. User provisioning accuracy and turnaround time.
