Job Summary

The Voice Support Engineer plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality support and operational solutions within the Voice - Avaya domain. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing voice applications, ensuring they meet organizational standards for quality, time, and cost.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop And Implement Code For Voice - Avaya Applications Based On Project Requirements, Ensuring Adherence To Coding Standards And Best Practices.
2. Maintain And Troubleshoot Existing Voice - Avaya Systems, Identifying And Resolving Issues To Ensure Optimal Performance And Reliability.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Understand And Implement New Feature Requests, Enhancing Existing Voice Applications To Meet Evolving Needs.
4. Create And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation For All Development Work And Operational Procedures Related To Voice - Avaya Projects.

Skill Requirements

1. Basic Understanding Of Voice Avaya Technologies And Frameworks.
2. Familiarity With Coding And Scripting Languages Relevant To Voice Application Development.
3. Strong Problem-Solving Skills For Troubleshooting Voice Systems And Applications.
4. Fundamental Knowledge Of Documentation Practices.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable: Avaya Certified Support Specialist Or Equivalent Certifications In Voice Technologies
