Job Summary

Job Summary : Job Title: Azure PaaS Developer / Cloud Engineer Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Azure PaaS specialist to design, build, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will leverage core Microsoft Azure platform services, handle system integrations, and optimize cloud infrastructure to drive our digital transformation. Key Responsibilities • Application Development: Design and develop cloud-native applications, microservices, and serverless architectures using Azure PaaS services (e.g., Azure App Services, Functions, Logic Apps). • Integration Services: Configure API gateways, build workflows, and manage messaging/event-driven integrations (Azure Service Bus, Event Grid) • Deployment & CI/CD: Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates. • Monitoring & Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues; monitor cloud performance utilizing Azure Monitor and Application Insights. • Security & Governance: Ensure compliance, identity management, and secure access controls using Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Required Technical & Professional Skills • Core Azure PaaS: Deep hands-on experience with Web Apps, Function Apps, API Management, Logic Apps, and Azure SQL/Cosmos DB. • Programming Languages: Proficiency in backend technologies like C#, ASP.NET, or .NET Core. • DevOps & Automation: Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and CI/CD pipeline management. • Cloud Architecture: Solid grasp of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and Azure networking concepts (VNets, Subnets, Load Balancers). • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with typically 2 to 5 years of overall IT experience.
