Job Summary

The Engineer (Support & Operations) plays a crucial role in the development and support of on-premise Cisco Collaboration technologies. This entry-level position focuses on coding, maintaining existing projects, and addressing client requests while ensuring adherence to quality and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop And Implement Code For On-Premise Cisco Collaboration Solutions, Ensuring Alignment With Project Requirements And Quality Standards.
2. Maintain And Troubleshoot Existing On-Premise Cisco Collaboration Systems, Resolving Issues Promptly To Ensure Optimal Performance.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Develop New Features For On-Premise Cisco Collaboration Applications, Enhancing User Experience And Functionality.
4. Create And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation For Code Changes And Project Updates, Ensuring Clarity And Accessibility For Future Reference.

Skill Requirements

1. Basic Understanding Of On-Premise Cisco Collaboration Technologies.
2. Familiarity With Programming Languages Relevant To Cisco Collaboration Development.
3. Basic Knowledge Of Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Techniques Within A Support Context.
4. Strong Communication Skills For Client Interaction And Documentation Purposes.
