Job Summary

The Support Engineer for Citrix Server plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the functionality of Citrix environments. This position focuses on developing and delivering high-quality code, addressing client requests, and ensuring smooth operations within the support framework, thereby contributing to overall client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop And Implement Code Enhancements For Citrix Server Environments Based On Assigned Projects, Ensuring Adherence To Quality And Cost Standards.
2. Maintain Existing Citrix Server Projects By Troubleshooting And Resolving Issues Efficiently, Ensuring Minimal Disruption To Client Operations.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Understand New Feature Requests And Develop Those Enhancements Within The Citrix Server Infrastructure, Ensuring Alignment With Client Needs.
4. Create And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation For Coding Processes, System Configurations, And Operational Procedures Related To Citrix Server.

Skill Requirements

1. Basic Understanding Of Citrix Server Technologies And Configurations
