Job Summary

The Support Operations Engineer plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing Citrix Virtual Desktops. This position is focused on developing code, troubleshooting existing applications, and implementing new client requests, ensuring high-quality service delivery while adhering to time and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop And Implement Code For Citrix Virtual Desktops Essentials, Ensuring Alignment With Project Specifications And Quality Standards.
2. Maintain Existing Citrix Environments By Diagnosing And Resolving Technical Issues To Ensure Optimal Performance And User Satisfaction.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Develop New Features For Citrix Virtual Desktops, Enhancing Functionality Based On User Feedback.
4. Create And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation For Coding Processes, System Configurations, And Project Updates To Facilitate Knowledge Sharing And Operational Consistency.
