Job Summary

The Critical Operations & Process Specialist supports the smooth execution, monitoring, and improvement of mission-critical operations and processes. This role focuses on process adherence, risk identification, issue resolution support, and continuous improvement, working under senior guidance.

Operations Support Monitor daily critical operational processes and report deviations. Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, SLAs, and workflows. Support operational readiness and stability initiatives.

2. Process Documentation & Improvement Document existing processes, workflows, and controls. Assist in identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks. Support process improvement and standardization efforts.

3. Risk & Control Support Assist in implementing operational controls and guardrails. Participate in risk assessments and compliance checks. Help maintain audit-ready documentation.

4. Incident & Issue ManagementSupport incident tracking and resolution activities. Assist with root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action tracking. Coordinate with teams to ensure timely issue closure.

5. Monitoring & Reporting Track operational metrics and prepare reports/dashboards. Escalate anomalies or high-risk issues to senior stakeholders. Maintain logs, trackers, and operational records.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with IT, Engineering, Security, and Business teams. Support change management and process rollout activities. Communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.
