Job Summary

Need a dedicated resource who can work in non-technical background and will be working on vendor follow up and user follow ups

Key Responsibilities

1,  Respond to users over chat and email

2,  Need to Work on ITSM tool

3,  Need to create Quote

4, Need to create purchase order

5, Coordination with the vendor

6, Follow up with the users until the delivery of the products

8, Coordinate with the vendor for imaging and other DC activities

9, User update follow up

10, Delivery follow up
