Job Summary

The Engineer in Tools & Automation plays a crucial role in developing and delivering code that meets project specifications in terms of time, quality, and cost. This position focuses on leveraging technical skills in ServiceNow ITOM and REST/SOAP APIs to enhance automation processes and improve system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop And Implement Code For Automation Projects Using Servicenow Itom And Rest/Soap Apis, Ensuring Adherence To Project Timelines And Quality Standards.
2. Maintain And Troubleshoot Existing Automation Solutions, Resolving Issues And Enhancing System Performance To Meet Stakeholders' Needs.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Develop New Features Or Enhancements Based On Their Requests, Utilizing Angularjs For Front-End Interface Improvements.
4. Create And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation For Code Changes, System Configurations, And Automation Workflows To Ensure Knowledge Transfer And Compliance.

Skill Requirements

1. Basic Understanding Of Servicenow Itom And Rest/Soap Apis.
2. Familiarity With Angularjs For Front-End Development.
3. Good Problem-Solving Skills And Attention To Detail.
4. Strong Communication Skills To Collaborate With Clients And Team Members.
