Job Summary

The Support Engineer for IVANTI Patch for SCCM plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing operational efficiency through effective patch management. This position is essential for ensuring that systems are secure and up-to-date, directly contributing to the organization's commitment to quality and timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop And Implement Patch Management Solutions Using Ivanti Patch For Sccm, Ensuring Compliance With Organizational Standards And Security Protocols.
2. Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues In Existing Patch Deployment Processes, Utilizing Ivanti Tools To Maintain Operational Integrity.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Understand New Requests And Develop Features That Enhance System Functionality And User Experience With Ivanti Patch For Sccm.
4. Prepare And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation On Patch Management Processes, System Updates, And Operational Procedures For Reference And Compliance Purposes.
