Job Summary

The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost. The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality code and support existing projects while responding to client requests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop And Implement Code For Applications Using Ms Teams And Microsoft Teams Ev To Enhance Collaboration And Communication Features, Ensuring Alignment With Project Requirements.
2. Maintain And Troubleshoot Existing Applications On Ms Teams And Sharepoint Online, Effectively Resolving Issues To Minimize Downtime And Improve User Experience.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements For New Features, Translating Their Needs Into Functional Enhancements On The Microsoft Teams Platform.
4. Create And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation For All Development Processes And Project Updates, Ensuring Clarity And Continuity For Team Members And Stakeholders.

Skill Requirements

1. Basic Understanding Of Ms Teams And Microsoft Teams Ev Functionalities.
2. Familiarity With Sharepoint Online Capabilities And Integration With Microsoft Teams.
3. Fundamental Knowledge Of Coding Standards And Best Practices In Software Development.
