Job Summary

The O365 Support Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and administration of Office 365 environments. This position focuses on developing, maintaining, and enhancing O365 solutions while addressing client requests and resolving technical issues. The engineer will contribute to the organization's goals by delivering high-quality support and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop And Implement Solutions In O365 Administration By Configuring And Customizing Settings To Meet Project Requirements And Deliver High-Quality Outputs.
2. Maintain Existing O365 Environments By Troubleshooting And Resolving Issues Related To User Accounts, Permissions, And Collaboration Tools To Ensure Optimal Performance.
3. Address New Feature Requests From Clients By Analyzing Requirements And Implementing Enhancements Within The O365 Platform, Ensuring Timely And Effective Delivery.
4. Document Processes, Configurations, And Solutions In O365 Administration To Maintain Comprehensive Records And Facilitate Knowledge Sharing Within The Team.

Skill Requirements

1. Basic Understanding Of O365 Administration Tools And Features
2. Familiarity With User Management, Permissions, And Collaboration Tools In O365
3. Basic Knowledge Of Troubleshooting And Issue Resolution In Cloud Environments
