Please add following pointers in continuation to the below Job description for GSD:Candidate should have good experience of active directory, antivirus, Office365, outlook and account management tools.Should have good troubleshooting skills for Windows 7, 8 and 10 OS and PC hardware / peripherals (including printers, docking stations).Should be flexible for rotational and night shifts.Should have good command over ServiceNow or relevant ticketing system.Should have good knowledge of RSA tokens, VPN and Citrix remote environments.
