Job Summary

Must Have Skills:Proficient TCP/ IP networking skillsThorough understanding of Routing and Switching protocols - STP, PVSTP, MSTP, LLDP, OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, ISIS, BGP etc. with strong hands-on troubleshooting experienceFantastic team playerFlexibility in working hours to work in a 24x7 environmentA creative, positive, and proactive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and proceduresWorks towards continuous learning, results orientation, and stronger partnershipAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured, multi-functional, cross country, territory, and theatre environmentPossess strong Communication Skills (Written/Verbal/Presentation)Understanding of SD-WAN or Meraki.Understanding of Viptela.Basic Knowledge of Wireless 

Desired Skills:Good technical knowledge in Cisco/ Meraki products including wireless controller, RF Tools, Access points, WLANUnderstanding of emerging technologies like SDA/ SDWAN/Viptela requiredCCNA in R&S/WirelessITIL Knowledge Required Skills:Cisco SD-WANCisco MerakiViptela

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop And Implement Network Configurations And Protocols Using Lan/Wan Technologies To Meet Project Requirements And Maintain High Standards Of Quality And Efficiency.
2. Monitor And Troubleshoot Existing Network Systems To Resolve Issues Promptly, Ensuring Minimal Downtime And Optimal Performance.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Develop New Features Or Enhancements In Network Operations, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Goals.
4. Document Network Configurations, Procedures, And Troubleshooting Processes To Maintain Comprehensive Records And Support Knowledge Sharing.

Skill Requirements

1. Basic Understanding Of Lan/Wan Technologies And Protocols.
2. Familiarity With Network Troubleshooting Tools And Methodologies.
3. Knowledge Of Network Security Principles And Practices.
4. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Attention To Detail.

Other Requirements

1. Optional Certifications: Comptia Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (Ccna)
