Job Summary

The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools. This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost. The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality code and support existing projects while responding to client requests.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop Automation Scripts And Tools Using Process Consulting And Itil Frameworks, Ensuring Alignment With Project Requirements And Quality Standards.
2. Maintain Existing Automation Solutions By Troubleshooting And Resolving Issues In Bmc Remedy, Ca Service Desk, And Servicenow Environments To Ensure Seamless Operations.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Analyze New Requests And Implement Additional Features Or Enhancements In Automation Tools, Ensuring High User Satisfaction.
4. Produce And Update Comprehensive Documentation For Automation Processes And Tools, Maintaining Clarity And Accuracy For Future Reference.

Skill Requirements

1. Basic Understanding Of Process Consulting And Itil Frameworks.
2. Familiarity With Servicenow, Bmc Remedy, And Ca Service Desk Platforms.
3. Basic Coding Skills In Scripting Languages Related To Automation Tasks.

Other Requirements

1. Itil Foundation Certification (Optional But Valuable).
