Job Summary

The PMO Analyst will support project governance, reporting, planning, and coordination activities across multiple infrastructure, application, cloud, or transformation initiatives within the DePuy/J&J environment. The role is responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking risks and actions, supporting executive reporting, and ensuring adherence to project management standards and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Project Governance & Coordination Support Project Managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities. Facilitate project governance meetings and status review sessions. Maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action trackers. Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams for project deliverables. Reporting & Dashboard Management Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports. Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs. Publish executive dashboards and governance reports. Track KPIs, SLAs, project milestones, and financial metrics. Documentation & Compliance Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, decision logs, and project repositories. Ensure compliance with J&J governance, audit, quality, and documentation standards. Support preparation of management presentations and steering committee packs. Stakeholder Management Coordinate with business stakeholders, tower leads, vendors, and project teams. Follow up on action items and ensure timely closure. Escalate project risks and issues as required. Resource & Financial Tracking Track resource onboarding/offboarding activities. Support project budget tracking and forecast updates. Monitor project utilization and billing-related data.

Other Requirements

Required Skills Project Management fundamentals. Strong knowledge of PMO processes and governance. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Microsoft Project, Planner, or similar project management tools. Good analytical and reporting skills. Experience maintaining RAID logs and status dashboards. Preferred Skills Exposure to Infrastructure, Cloud, IT Operations, or Service Management projects. Knowledge of ITIL concepts. Experience in Healthcare or regulated environments is preferred. Familiarity with ServiceNow, Power BI, and SharePoint. Educational Qualification Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline. Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
