Engineer - ServiceNow, IT Service Management

Job Summary

Candidate to work on BI reporting, Ticket tool, Service now and also consolidate and work with technical teams in terms of collecting incidents and asset information.

Key Responsibilities

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and customer leadership during critical incidents. • Ability to work independently, take ownership of complex issues, and drive them to closure. • Strong documentation discipline and commitment to process compliance. • Ability to operate under pressure in high-severity production situations. • Willingness to mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge management.

Skill Requirements

Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform, or similar automation platforms. • Familiarity with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Solace, or TIBCO EMS. • Experience with scripting and automation using Shell, Python, Perl, or PowerShell. • Knowledge of backup, restore, capacity planning, performance testing, and MQ architecture design reviews

Other Requirements
