Job Summary

The Engineer in Tools & Automation plays a vital role in developing and supporting automation solutions using ServiceNow (SNOW) and JavaScript. This position focuses on delivering high-quality code, maintaining existing applications, and implementing new features based on client requirements, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop Code For Automation Projects Using Javascript And Snow Admin, Ensuring Alignment With Project Timelines And Quality Standards.
2. Maintain And Troubleshoot Existing Applications In Servicenow, Resolving Issues Efficiently To Ensure Seamless Functionality.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Develop New Features Or Enhancements In The Existing Systems Using Rest/Soap Apis And Angularjs.
4. Create And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation For All Development Activities, Ensuring Clarity And Consistency In Project Deliverables.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Snow Admin And Support.
2. Strong Understanding Of Javascript For Automation Tasks.
3. Familiarity With Rest/Soap Apis And Angularjs For Application Development.
4. Basic Knowledge Of Software Development Principles And Practices.

Other Requirements

1. Servicenow Certified System Administrator (Optional But Valuable)
