Job Summary

The Engineer in Tools & Automation plays a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency by developing, maintaining, and optimizing tools and automation solutions. This position focuses on leveraging SPLUNK and Splunk ITSI for monitoring and analysis, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop Automation Scripts Using Python And Bash To Enhance The Functionality Of Splunk And Splunk Itsi, Ensuring Seamless Integration And Performance.
2. Maintain Existing Splunk Projects, Troubleshooting And Resolving Issues To Ensure Continuous Operation And Reliability.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements, Designing And Implementing New Features In Splunk To Meet Evolving Business Needs.
4. Create And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation For All Automation Processes And Project Developments, Ensuring Clarity And Knowledge Transfer.

Skill Requirements

1. Fundamental Knowledge Of Splunk And Splunk Itsi, With A Focus On Implementation And Troubleshooting.
2. Basic Understanding Of Python And Bash Scripting For Automation Tasks.
3. Familiarity With Monitoring And Log Analysis Best Practices Within Splunk.
