Job Summary
This role is responsible for supporting endpoint security operations by implementing and maintaining protection solutions using Symantec Endpoint Protection and Cylance. The individual ensures secure endpoint environments by following established procedures, responding to basic incidents, and assisting with routine configuration tasks. They contribute to maintaining system integrity and compliance within the team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deploy and configure endpoint protection policies using Symantec Endpoint Protection and Cylance, following predefined guidelines.
2. Monitor endpoint security dashboards to identify and report basic threats or compliance issues for further action.
3. Perform routine updates and maintenance of endpoint protection clients, ensuring alignment with team standards.
4. Assist in resolving basic endpoint security incidents using Symantec Endpoint Protection and Cylance tools under guidance from senior team members.
5. Document configuration changes, incident responses, and standard operating procedures related to endpoint security tools.
6. Participate in team meetings and code reviews to enhance understanding of endpoint protection practices.
