Job Summary

This role is accountable for setting the enterprise architectural vision and driving strategic alignment of technology initiatives within the Sales Support domain. The position provides industry leadership, influences global best practices, and ensures that business objectives are supported by robust, scalable, and future-ready architectural solutions. They collaborate with senior stakeholders to guide transformation programs and foster continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and communicate enterprise architecture strategy leveraging TOGAF and industry frameworks to enable business growth and transformation in global sales support operations.
2. Lead architectural governance and oversight using ArchiMate and EA tools, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and compliance requirements.
3. Provide executive guidance for complex solutioning by architecting integration patterns across CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and SAP Sales Cloud.
4. Champion the adoption of cloud-native architectures and digital sales enablement technologies, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, to support scalability and agility.
5. Drive cross-domain architectural reviews and roadmaps, aligning technology investments with business outcomes across diverse sales channels.
6. Influence external partnerships and vendor evaluations, ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards and support global operations.
7. Mentor and develop architectural talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the sales support organization.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
