Job Summary

End User Commputing Architect

End user (Client) Solution Architect – Job Description

Architecture Skills:

Keeping documentation (LLD, As-is service/contract view and underlying products) related to the corresponding Technical Area up to date.

Interact with Operations and proactively highlight different risks (Technical , Process) related to the specific Technical area.

Go to person for operations team for any technical clarifications around specific service/products.

Collaborate with Domain Architect to understand HLD and also provide Subject Matter Expertise.

Creating Low level design document and rollout Plan for one or more Projects. Oversee and provide Technical governance during project execution.

Follow architecture and security principles , processes, Target Architecture guidelines in designing new solutions.

Attend different forums based on the project certification requirements and present solutions.

Support Domain and portfolio architects with technical inputs for Roadmap creation with in specific technical area.

Functionally responsible towards Architecture office and ensure mandates are followed in totality.

Key Skills Required:

10+ years’ experience in Enterprise Client environments.

Architect for providing Consultancy, Planning, Implementation of Enterprise and Industrial Client solutions for different customers.

Propose and Create Solution requirement and design for implementation.

Work independently or as part of geographically spread teams to design and deploy solutions.

Responsibilities:

Involve in lifecycle management process setup and architecture design.

Responsible for documentation like HLD, LLD, System context, deployment view, information flow, As-Is, To-Be, etc.

Support the preparation of RFP responses, SOWs and PCRs, and deliver technical content for RFP responses.

Support and actively participate in the business development of the practice by identifying additional business opportunities within the current client base.

Involve and provide technical input for runtime cost setup for customers.

Expert in solving very critical incidents by guiding team from Architectural point.

Qualifications:

Experience working in large enterprise industrial environments, leading projects to develop new services. Advanced understanding of industrial client solutions and related technologies including Configuration Manager, Group Policies, Active Directory, Azure AD, DFS, Intune, MobiControl, Symantec CSP, Global Protect, Defender for Endpoint, Qualys, BitLocker, AppLocker and PKI.

Proven expertise in many different operating system and distributions such as Windows 11/10/7/XP/CE, Ubuntu Linux and Android.

B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related IT work experience in a global information technology environment.

High level of understanding and experience in all the different domains that are connected and needed for the environment to work as expected, such as Network, Identity and Access, Storage and Support.

Must have an excellent level of understanding around standards and frameworks for Client Solution Design and End User Services.

Must have skills and experience with VB and PowerShell scripting.
