Role Summary:

• Lead enterprise IAM architecture, strategy, governance, and roadmap definition across workforce, customer, cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments.

• Translate business and security requirements into scalable IAM designs, reference architectures, HLD/LLD documentation, and implementation guidance.

• Architect secure IAM solutions covering identity lifecycle, access governance, SSO, MFA, federation, privileged access, risk-based access, and Zero Trust controls.

• Define secure identity patterns for AI workloads, GenAI platforms, AI agents, API integrations, delegated access, token flows, auditability, and responsible AI governance.

• Provide technical leadership to delivery teams, support complex issue resolution, vendor coordination, and ensure successful execution of IAM programs.

Consulting & Advisory Responsibilities:

• Lead IAM assessments, gap analysis, maturity evaluation, and target-state roadmap definition.

• Advise clients on IAM strategy, operating model, governance, process optimization, and adoption planning.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and technology evaluations to shape practical IAM recommendations.

• Support product selection, Zero Trust alignment, cloud identity modernization, and IAM/PAM/IGA convergence.

• Develop executive-ready deliverables including strategy decks, business cases, roadmaps, and improvement plans.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in designing and implementing enterprise IAM solutions across leading platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, ForgeRock, PingIdentity, OneIdentity, and Azure AD/Entra ID.

• Expertise in IAM architecture, identity governance, access management, federation, MFA, RBAC, access certification, compliance, and secure cloud integration.

• Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, APIs, service-to-service authentication, and secure integration patterns.

• Working knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI, LLM-based solutions, AI agents, automation frameworks, AI-enabled IAM analytics, anomaly detection, and identity threat detection.

• Ability to develop reusable IAM patterns, accelerators, proof-of-concepts, and production-ready solutions aligned to security, privacy, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication, consulting, documentation, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Qualifications:

• 20+ years of IAM experience, including 5+ years in IAM architecture and design.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, TOGAF, cloud security, IAM product, AI, or automation certifications are preferred.
