Job Summary

The Enterprise Architect - SAILPOINT plays a pivotal role in shaping the technical strategy and architectural vision for the organization. This role is essential for developing enterprise-level solutions that align with customer IT and business objectives, ensuring the successful implementation of innovative strategies while overseeing governance and mentoring within the technical architecture team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design And Recommend Enterprise-Level Solutions Utilizing Sailpoint Identitynow And Sailpoint Fam To Optimize It Operations And Align With Business Strategies.
2. Oversee Delivery Governance For Technical Solutions By Reviewing Project Architecture And Ensuring Adherence To Best Practices And Standards In Sailpoint Implementations.
3. Lead Business Transformation Initiatives By Actively Participating In Rfp/Rfi Processes, Conducting Due Diligence, Supporting Pre-Sales Activities, And Overseeing Proof Of Concept (Poc) Demonstrations.
4. Mentor And Guide Technical Architects In The Best Practices Of Sailpoint Technologies, Fostering An Environment Of Continuous Learning And Knowledge Enhancement.

Skill Requirements

1. Expertise In Sailpoint Identitynow And Sailpoint Fam With A Strong Understanding Of Enterprise Architecture Principles.
2. Excellent Knowledge Of Java Development And Its Integration With Identity Management Solutions.
3. Proven Ability To Design And Implement Technical Strategies Aligning With Business Objectives At An Enterprise Level.
4. Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With A Focus On Governance And Delivery Management.
