Job Summary
Seeking a technology expert to establish and drive our AI-Native Operations capability. The leader will define the strategy, operating model, and transformation framework for modern operations, managed services, AIOps, and autonomous operations practices. The individual will act as a strategic advisor, mentor, and capability builder, driving the transformation from traditional ASM models to AI-Native operations while enabling customer-facing FDE teams.
Key Responsibilities
Capability Leadership
- "Define strategy & operating model for AI-Native operations.
- Establish competency frameworks, standards, and best practices
- Drive the evolution of traditional ASM organizations toward autonomous operations"
AI-Native Operations Transformation
- Define transformation approaches for AIOps, Agentic operations, Autonomous Incident management, predictive operations, self-healing systems
Customer & Business Support
- "Support strategic customer engagements and transformation programs
- Conduct operational maturity assessments and roadmap workshops
- Define value realization frameworks and business cases"
Capability Development & Mentoring
- "Mentor FDEs, and operations leaders
- Develop internal capability programs
- Build assessment and certification frameworks"

Technical Skills
- "Operations & Reliability: SRE, ASM, Managed Services, Incident & Problem Management
- Observability: Prometheus / Grafana, Dynatrace
- Cloud & Platforms: Kubernetes, Hyperscalers
- Automation & Operations: AIOps platforms, ITSM platforms, workflow automation, runbook automation
- AI Technologies: GenAI platforms, Agentic AI frameworks, Autonomous operations platforms"
Consulting & Customer Skills

Other Requirements
15+ years of experience in operations, ASM, SRE managed ,services, or operations transformation
Experience leading operations transformation programs
Strong customer advisory and consulting experience
Experience building enterprise capabilities & mentoring senior talent
