Job Summary
Role Summary – EP supports the Head of Executive Protection by running day-to-day EP program operations, with a strong focus on documentation, reporting, and operational governance. The role manages third-party security workforce (guards, EP drivers, control room) through the vendor point of contact (POC) and coordinates with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent, compliant delivery of EP services.Key Boundary• This role does NOT directly communicate with Principals/CXOs. All Principal-facing communication is handled by the Head – EP Program.Reporting & Location• Reports to: Head – Executive Protection Program (Corporate Security)• Location: Delhi-NCR• Travel: Pan-India travel may be required on short notice when the Head – EP is unavailable Key Responsibilities• Own EP program documentation: SOPs, post orders, checklists, rosters, escalation matrix, training records, equipment logs.• Ensure third-party workforce management through vendor POC: deployment accuracy, attendance, discipline, grooming/turnout, replacements, SLA adherence.• Coordinate operations with internal stakeholders (Corporate Security, Facilities/Workplace, Admin, Travel/Transport) to enable EP readiness and smooth execution.• Support audits/assessments (residence/venues/temporary stays) as assigned; track action items and closures.• Support incident response as per escalation matrix; document incidents, prepare after-action reports.• Support training/drills administration and readiness checks for corporate guards, PSOs, EPOs and control room resources.• Provide on-ground operational support during pan-India movements/events as assigned.Success Measures (KPIs)• On-time, high-quality reporting and documentation hygiene (SOPs, logs, trackers kept current).• High roster/deployment adherence and minimal service exceptions.• Incident reports.• Stakeholder action items closed within agreed timelines.• Training/drill schedules executed with documented evidence and improvements. Experience & Qualifications• 8+ years in Executive Protection / VIP Protection OR Armed Forces with VIP protection exposure (e.g., SPG/NSG/VIP protection duties or equivalent).• Experience managing third-party security workforce and control room operations through SOPs and vendor governance.• Strong documentation and reporting skills (SOP writing, incident reporting, dashboards).• Good stakeholder coordination and follow-through.• High integrity, confidentiality, and professional conduct.Key Skills• Strong written communication and attention to detail.• Operational discipline and vendor management.• Incident documentation and structured problem-solving.• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities• MS Excel/PowerPoint for reporting.
