Job Summary
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Epic Beaker applications.
- Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Configure and maintain:
- Laboratory workflows
- Test catalogs
- Specimen collection workflows
- Result reporting configurations
- Laboratory interfaces and integrations
- Support change requests, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
- Participate in application upgrades, release deployments, and regression testing.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with laboratory operations teams, clinicians, and technical stakeholders.
- Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and SOPs.
- Support data validation, quality assurance activities, and audit readiness efforts.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of Epic Beaker Clinical Pathology (CP) and/or Anatomic Pathology (AP).
- Understanding of laboratory workflows, specimen processing, and results reporting.
- Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
- Good understanding of healthcare IT systems and interoperability concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
