Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Vertex AI APIs, Prompt Engineering, LangChain, API Integration, Agent Development, and AI Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and cloud-based AI services.

The candidate will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to build intelligent agents, automate workflows, integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI/LLM-based applications using Python.
  • Build and integrate solutions using Google Vertex AI APIs and Generative AI services.
  • Create and optimize prompts to improve LLM accuracy, relevance, and performance.
  • Develop AI orchestration frameworks using LangChain and related ecosystems.
  • Design and implement autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
  • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party APIs.
  • Perform AI model validation, testing, evaluation, and monitoring to ensure reliability and compliance.
  • Optimize AI application performance, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI technologies.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills

  • Strong programming experience in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Vertex AI, Generative AI APIs, and LLM integration.
  • Expertise in Prompt Engineering and prompt optimization techniques.
  • Experience with LangChain, RAG architectures, and AI workflow orchestration.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, API integration, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience in developing and deploying AI Agents and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of AI testing frameworks, model evaluation, hallucination detection, and performance testing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Other Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or similar).
  • Knowledge of RAG, Agentic AI, MCP, AI Governance, and Responsible AI practices.
  • Exposure to MLOps, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployments.
  • Certifications in Google Cloud, Vertex AI, or Generative AI technologies are a plus.
