Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will define technical strategies, ensure best practices, and drive scalable, secure, and high-performance implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Define and own the overall ServiceNow architecture and technical roadmap Design end-to-end solutions across modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, etc.) Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical designs Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and best practices Provide guidance on: Platform architecture Data model design Integration architecture Review and approve: Tech

Skill Requirements

  • 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow
  • Strong expertise in:
    • ServiceNow platform architecture
    • Multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of:
    • JavaScript (Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules)
    • Flow Designer & Workflow automation
    • Data modeling & CMDB
  • Experience in:
    • Designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
    • Multi-instance architecture (Dev/Test/Prod)
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Integration patterns and API design

Security (ACLs, roles, encryption)

Other Requirements

Have experience in serviceNow development
