Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the technical architecture and design decisions for the group, focusing on spring boot, angular, and java technologies. The role involves leading technical discussions, guiding development teams, and ensuring the implementation of best practices to achieve business objectives efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define the technical architecture strategy and vision for projects using spring boot, angular, and java.
2. Lead and mentor development teams in implementing scalable and high-performance solutions.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks to enhance development processes.
5. Ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and security guidelines.
6. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure quality deliverables.
7. Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
8. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in spring boot, angular, and java development.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in spring boot, angular, and java technologies.
2. Strong experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions.
3. Knowledge of microservices architecture and restful web services.
4. Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
5. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
6. Effective communication and leadership abilities to work with cross functional teams.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in springboot, angular, or java technologies are a plus.
Maximum Salary (US):  166,000
Minimum Salary (US):  141,000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
