Job Summary

The Full Stack Lead will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development and implementation of spring boot, DevOps Solutions, and Angular projects. The role will involve providing technical guidance to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and actively participating in the end-to-end development process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the full stack development projects using spring boot, devops solutions, and angular.
2. Provide technical expertise and mentorship to the team members.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality products.
4. Implement best practices for software development, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
6. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance the team's capabilities.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in spring boot framework for backend development.
2. Experience in implementing devops solutions for efficient development and deployment processes.
3. Strong command on angular framework for frontend development.
4. Knowledge of cloud technologies and services.
5. Familiarity with database management systems.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in springboot, DevOps, Angular, or cloud platforms would be a plus.
