Full Stack Java Technical Lead - React.js

Job Summary

The Full Stack Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of DevOps Solutions, Angular, and full stack java projects. The role involves overseeing the entire software development life cycle, from design and architecture to testing and deployment. The primary objective is to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Role Purpose

Hands-on Lead for application modernization and technical delivery for Java / Spring Boot / Angular-based components. Own technical design, coding approach, API design, integration patterns, code reviews, and migration-readiness of application components.

Key Responsibilities

•              Lead design and development of Java/Spring Boot and React-based application components.

•              Develop Java / Spring Boot backend services and React-based frontend components from scratch or enhance existing components, including REST API implementation, request/response validation, error handling, and service-layer business logic.

•              Analyse legacy Java/JEE applications and recommend modernization approach.

•              Design REST APIs, backend services, frontend integration, and security patterns.

•              Guide developers on coding standards, unit testing, DevOps integration, and cloud deployment readiness.

•              Coordinate with Cloud Architect, DBA, DevOps, testers, and Boeing technical stakeholders.

Relevant Tech Stack

•              Backend: Java, Spring, Spring Security, Spring Boot, REST APIs

•              Frontend: Angular, JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, CSS

•              API: Swagger / OpenAPI, RESTful services

•              Database: Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, ORM / Hibernate

•              Security: OAuth2, JWT, authentication, authorization

•              Architecture: Microservices, API Gateway, service discovery

•              Cloud / Deployment: Docker, K8S, Azure App Service, AKS, Azure DevOps CI/CD.

•              Testing: JUnit, Mockito, unit and integration testing

 

 

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in devops solutions and tools such as jenkins, docker, kubernetes
2. Strong experience in react.js framework for frontend development
3. Expertise in full stack development using java technologies
4. In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
6. Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a development team

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in DevOps, Angular or full stack development are a plus
