Full Stack Java Technical Specialist - React.js

Job Summary

A Full Stack Java Developer designs, develops, and maintains both frontend and backend web application components using Java. This role is involved throughout the software development life cycle, from design to deployment and maintenance, with the goal of creating robust and scalable solutions. 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend systems using Java.
  2. Architect and implement microservices-based solutions with high availability and performance.
  3. Build and integrate microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.
  4. Creating logic with Java and frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
  5. Integrating frontend and backend through RESTful APIs.
  6. Managing databases for data integrity and performance.
  7. Writing clean and scalable code.
  8. Ensuring applications are responsive and optimized.
  9. Collaborating with other teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.
  10. Troubleshooting and quickly resolving technical issues.
  11. Participating in code reviews and Implementing security measures.
  12. Contributing to architectural decisions.

Skill Requirements

  • Expert-level proficiency in Core Java, including multithreading, collections, design patterns and core concepts.
  • Proficiency in user interfaces using frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular or Polymer.
  • Expertise in Java frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring and RESTful APIs.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven architecture.
  • Deep understanding of microservices architecture and service orchestration.
  • Proficiency in JUnit and Mockito for unit and integration testing.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab), Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Hands on in Hibernate or any ORM framework
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with web development frameworks and tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in React.js, or Java technologies are a plus.

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 8 + years of relevant experience as a Full Stack Java Developer.
