Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer with strong Python backend development expertise to support and enhance the enterprise workflow automation and case management solutions(like HAIA platform)
The ideal candidate will have experience building scalable cloud-native applications, developing event-driven integrations, working with Azure services, and managing data solutions using Azure Data Explorer (Kusto). Exposure to frontend technologies and Azure DevOps practices is highly desirable. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Python-based backend services supporting the HAIA platform.
  • Build and support event-driven workflows and integrations for case management and operational systems.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using:
    • Azure Service Bus for messaging and asynchronous processing.
    • Azure Functions / Function Apps for event processing, orchestration, and automation.
  • Work with Azure Data Explorer (Kusto) for data storage, telemetry, analytics, and reporting.
  • Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot KQL queries for operational analysis and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
  • Participate in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization of backend services.
  • Contribute to frontend enhancements and integrations where required.
  • Support CI/CD implementation and release management through Azure DevOps.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and operational runbooks.

Skill Requirements

  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks.
    • Experience with Azure DevOps, including:
      • Repositories
      • Pipelines
      • CI/CD implementation
      • Work item management
      • Release processes
    • Knowledge of cloud security, monitoring, and observability solutions.
    • Experience working in enterprise-scale Azure environments.
    • Exposure to AI-enabled development tools and modern software engineering practices. 
    Nice-to-Have
    • Power BI integration and reporting experience.
    • Familiarity with HAIA workflows, Azure DevOps integrations, or case management platforms.
    • Experience supporting production services and operational telemetry solutions.
    Ideal Profile
    A full-stack cloud engineer with strong Python backend expertise, hands-on Azure integration experience, working knowledge of Kusto/KQL, and sufficient frontend & Azure DevOps skills to independently deliver end-to-end features across the HAIA platform.
