Full Stack Lead

Job Summary

To lead a team of full stack engineers to design, develop, test & deploy an application/ product and also provide maintenance support. Should be able to efficiently work on any component/module of a solution's n-tier architecture (UI, Business Layer, Service Layer, Database).

Key Responsibilities

1. To design, develop, test and deploy an application and/or product, based on the provided functional as well as non-functional requirement specifications using AGILE and/or Waterfall methodology and efficiently work on any component/ module of a solution's n-tier architecture (UI, Business Layer, Service Layer, Database).
2. To effectively communicate with internal as well as external stakeholders.
3. To design and develop external software interfaces using various middleware technologies and conduct code and design reviews for the team.
4. To prepare software design documents based on the provided functional as well as non-functional requirement specifications.
5. To enhance and support an existing application and/or product to incorporate a new feature , modify an existing features and resolve the reported issues timely/ effectively/ efficiently
6. To write good quality code, with minimal defects complying to security considerations.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
