Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Finance processes and hands‑on exposure to SAP modules (preferably SAP FI/CO, SD, MM, or BRIM depending on requirement). The ideal candidate should have approximately 10 years of experience in driving financial transformation initiatives, managing business requirements, and acting as a strategic liaison between business and technical teams
Key Responsibilities
the candidate should demonstrate familiarity with AI/automation technologies, including process‑automation tools, predictive analytics, or AI‑enabled reporting that enhance finance operations and system efficiencies.
- Work with finance stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into detailed system requirements.
- Lead requirement gathering, gap analysis, process mapping, and creation of functional documentation.
- Drive UAT planning, test case preparation, execution, issue tracking, and defect resolution.
- Support master data validation, data migration, and integration testing across SAP modules.
- Enable continuous improvement across financial processes such as AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, Taxation, Controlling, and Reporting.
- Analyze KPIs, process performance, system usage trends, and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, Functional Specs, Workflow Diagrams, SOPs, and other project documentation.
- Act as a key point of contact for finance stakeholders for SAP-related issues and enhancements.
Work with cross‑functional teams across Finance, IT, and Operations to drive digital decision‑making
