Job Summary

8+ Year of experience as Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP Ariba (Procure-to-Pay / Source-to-Pay) to drive procurement transformation, automation, and process optimization initiatives. The role involves acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, procurement teams, and IT to enable efficient, compliant, and scalable procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

Work with procurement, finance, and supply chain stakeholders to understand current P2P / S2P processesConduct requirement gathering, process mapping (As-Is / To-Be), and gap analysisTranslate business requirements into functional specifications (BRD, FRD, user stories)Identify opportunities for automation, digital adoption, and process standardization

Skill Requirements

Configure and support SAP Ariba modules such as:
  • Ariba Buying & Invoicing
  • Ariba Sourcing
  • Ariba Contracts
  • Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance
Manage processes like:
  • PR to PO lifecycle
  • Catalog management & sourcing events
  • Invoice validation, GRN/SES, and reconciliation
Support Ariba–S/4HANA integration and data flow validation
